If you have a support related question, a request for an RMA, or need product firmware, open a new case submission and send your request to Firetide Customer Support. Case submissions are received during Firetide’s normal business hours and are answered in the order they are received.

Each row contains HotView Pro software that should ONLY be used with the appropriate firmware. Only this combination is recommended. Only Java 6, update 34 (32 Bit) should be used with 10.9.1.0 and older versions of HotView Pro.  If you have questions about the correct software/firmware combination to use, please contact support.
