(NASDAQ: NEI).  With the transaction closed, NEI has been rebranded as “Network Engines Inc., A Division of UNICOM® Global.”  Likewise, on June 21, 2012, UNICOM Global completed our acquisition of GTSI Corp. (NASDAQ: GTSI), and going forward GTSI has been rebranded as “UNICOM® Government, Inc., A Division of UNICOM Global.”

Both of these strategic acquisitions will benefit our customers, technology partners and supplier partners as UNICOM Global continues to strengthen our leadership, capital, global presence and existing relationships with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers as well as with the U.S. Government and many ISV and OEM strategic partners.

Network Engines is highly skilled in designing complex solutions and in the delivery of those solutions, and UNICOM Government is highly skilled in systems integration and in the delivery of those solutions and services to government.  UNICOM Global plans to increase the quantity and magnify the strength of these solutions including Application Modernization, Cyber Security, Mobility, Smart Computing, Big Data Analytics, Big Data Storage, Apache Hadoop Framework, Social Media Solutions, Appliances, Telecom Platforms, Cloud Computing, Document Management, ITIL ITSM deployments, cluster storage, IBM i and IBM zEnterprise.
